This is an excellent OS. I have had experience with 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP, and Vista. I have to say that when Vista come out, I was expecting something good. However, Vista was just eye candy. It did not have good support at all. It was also very expensive and time consuming. Trying to work out bugs everyday was just not worth it. Windows 7 is a very stable, supportive, and user friendly OS. Driver support is great, as well as compatibility. I would recommend buying this OS. Before you purchase this OS, see if you meet the system requirements here http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/get/system-requirements.aspx. If you do then I would recommend this OS, if you want to try something new and better.
